Keep your boat in the water year-round with maximum peace of mind. VAKE De-Icer is a Swedish-engineered system developed for demanding Nordic winter conditions. The system relies on a safe and energy-efficient bubble technology that keeps ice away from hulls, rudders, propellers, and docks.
Unlike traditional, propeller-driven systems with submersible electric motors, VAKE has no moving parts or live electrical cables below the waterline. All mechanics and electronics remain dry and safe above the water. The system consists of two independent, high-quality compressors that pump air through specially designed hoses under the boat. The rising stream of air bubbles draws the naturally warmer bottom water to the surface, effectively preventing ice from forming around your boat and dock.
