VAKE organic antifreeze pouch provides 100% plant-based, non-toxic seasonal winter protection in a space-saving stand-up format. Formulated from pharmaceutical-grade plant-based raw materials and colored with natural chlorophyll, this organic antifreeze pouch serves as an environmentally safe replacement for toxic petrochemical glycols. The formulation is non-hazardous to humans, domestic animals, and aquatic ecosystems, while delivering dependable freeze and burst protection.

Supplied as a 3-litre pre-mixed 50/50 solution, the organic antifreeze pouch is ready for immediate seasonal application. The durable flexible packaging significantly reduces packaging material volume compared to standard rigid plastic containers and allows convenient, compact storage in vehicle lockers, service compartments, and tight utility areas.

• Chemical Profile: 100% plant-based raw materials. Free from petrochemicals, nitrates, amines, phosphates, and silicates.
• Thermal Performance: Freezing point at –28 °C to –30 °C; burst and expansion protection down to –70 °C.
• Material Compatibility: Non-acid-forming formulation with natural lubricating characteristics that protect rubber seals, gaskets, valves, and water pump impellers from drying out during seasonal storage.
• Environmental Rating: Readily biodegradable (tested in accordance with OECD 301D standards) upon seasonal discharge during commissioning.
• Storage Stability: Extended shelf life when stored sealed in original packaging protected from prolonged direct sunlight.

Applications (Seasonal Storage)
Intended strictly for seasonal layup and winterization across marine vessels, recreational vehicles (RVs and caravans), and holiday properties:

• Freshwater Systems: Potable water tanks, hot water boilers, and distribution pipework. (Note: Potable water systems must be flushed thoroughly with fresh water upon seasonal recommissioning until completely clear of residual taste).
• Sanitation & Drainage: Marine toilets, cassette systems, blackwater holding tanks, and greywater plumbing traps.
• Raw-Water Engine Circuits: Seasonal winterization of open seawater and raw-water engine cooling lines during dry storage. (Not suitable as an operational coolant for closed engine circuits).
