VAKE AntiFreeze is a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to toxic glycol. Formulated from pure, pharmaceutical-grade plant-based ingredients and colored with natural chlorophyll, it is completely safe for humans, pets, and the marine environment, while delivering outstanding freeze and burst protection.
As a concentrate, this 4-litre canister offers full flexibility. Always mix thoroughly using warm water and a minimum concentration of 50% VAKE to ensure full homogeneity and prevent microbial growth.
Key Features
- 100% Non-Toxic & Safe: Free from hazardous petrochemicals, nitrates, amines, phosphates, and silicates.
- Burst Protection down to –70 °C: Freezing point at approx. –28 °C to –30 °C at 50/50 dilution, with guaranteed burst/expansion protection down to –70 °C.
- Preserves & Lubricates: Will not form harmful acids and naturally lubricates rubber seals, gaskets, valves, and water pumps.
- Ideal for Sensitive Systems: Excellent for potable water lines, drains, and marine toilets where traditional glycol should not be used.
Applications (Winter Storage)
- Freshwater Systems: Tanks, water heaters, and pipework. (Flush thoroughly with fresh water before spring commissioning.)
- Toilets & Drains: Marine heads, holding tanks, greywater drains, and traps.
- Engines: Winterizing raw water / open cooling circuits. (Not intended as permanent coolant for closed internal circuits during engine operation.)
- Heating Systems: Winter storage for hydronic heating circuits.
Mixing Guide & Protection Levels
- 50% VAKE / 50% Water: Freeze point approx. –28 °C to –30 °C (Burst protection down to –70 °C) – Recommended standard mixture.
- 60% VAKE / 40% Water: Freeze protection down to –35 °C.
